First time walking round the park on June holiday!Today evening, I wanted to go to the nearby Yishun Park to walk 1 round around the Park with my father after he came back from his work.But my father said that my sport shoes is too small for my foot,so he advised me not to wear my sport shoes.It means that I cannot go to the park with my father.I am a stubborn person who refuse to change his/her opinions,beliefs etc.I decided to wear the sport shoes and show my father that I can still wear it . So my father had no choice and agree to go with him to the park.
Before leaving my house my father told me that I can bring my mp3 along with me to listen to music ,so I bring along with me.When we were at the Yishun Park,we started walking together as I scared that I will get lost.But about 20mins later, I found myself walking further and further away from my father .Maybe I have more enegry than my father that's why I walk faster than my father.It was quite nice to walk round the park to breathe in fresh air and saw alot of joggers jog passed me , the feeling was like trying to tell me that I am not alone .After finished walking 1 round, I don't feel tired at all.I asked my father want to walk 1 more round again? He told me cannot, he was very tired already and said next time la.
Do you know why I suddenly wanted to exercise?Firstly my school has mass run every Monday and Wednesday,we have to run 2 rounds outside the school building within 15 mins.So have to start to train my stamina.Secondly, to acompany my father. Lastly, to keep healthty and strong.

Nice to watch!Sorry for not updating my blog for sometime.I want to tell you if you didn't watch mediacorp channel 8 drama at 9pm "The Ultimatum" .You should watch it ,the theme song is very soothing to the ears.So what are you waiting for ,watch the drama show now! Don't wait until it is too late. Trust me this show is very nice to watch and some of the part of the show is very touching .Thumbs Up!
